We won't ask you for a credit check or background check.
$99 Down & $199 Document Fee
Select the property you want. Pay the $99 Down + $199 Document Fee ($298 total). We will prepare an agreement for your review that spells out the terms of the sale of the property and the owner financing.
Sign Agreement
For our owner-financed sales, we use either (1) a Contract for Deed or (2) the combination of Promissory Note & Mortgage. The property description will indicate which approach we will use.

The documents contain various requirements, such as insurance, property taxes, payment schedule, fees, & terms, use limitations, etc. Once the documents are signed by both of us, you are on your way to land ownership!
